Rent terms

  • Minimum age: 23 years old
  • Driving experience: at least 2 years
  • Issuance of a car to foreign citizens without deposit depends on the renter's decision.
Required Documents:
  • Passport / ID card
  • Driver's license

Who can take WITHOUT DEPOSIT:

  • Individuals who are registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Individuals who are at least 25 years old
  • Individuals who have driving experience of at least 5 years
  • Individuals who intend to use the vehicle only within the city limits of Tashkent
The Lessor reserves the right to require a deposit in special cases:
  • Ranging from 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 UZS, depending on the vehicle class.
  • All bank charges related to the deposit payment and refund are covered by the client.
  • Insurance: Optional, with a deductible. The cost ranges from 50,000 to 300,000 UZS, depending on the vehicle class.
  • Card Payments (Visa/MasterCard): A 12% VAT and a 2.5% bank service fee apply (available only at the office).
  • Daily Mileage Limit (Tashkent): 200 km per day.
  • Daily Mileage Limit (Nationwide – Uzbekistan): 300 km per day.
  • A surcharge of 2,000 to 5,000 UZS per km applies for exceeding the daily limit.
  • The deposit will be refunded within 5–7 days, subject to full compliance with the rental agreement and verification of any traffic violations.
Each additional driver must meet the eligibility requirements specified above. All contractual obligations of the Renter apply equally to any additional drivers listed in the vehicle power of attorney.
Terms of rental, car rental
The minimum rental period is 24 hours, there are no restrictions on the maximum rental period. Settlement hour (start of rental) is calculated from the moment of provision of the car and signing of the car rental agreement. Exceeding the settlement hour when returning the car for more than 1 hour, regardless of the place of return, is paid as an additional day. There is no hourly payment.
Tariffs
Tariffs include compulsory MTPL insurance, for an additional fee to insure the car by auto CASCO (Voluntary Insurance)
Limitations on the area of operation
The area of operation of the rented car must correspond to the tariff specified in the contract: "Tashkent / Tashkent region" or "All Uzbekistan". Departure from the specified territory is possible only with the permission of the Company and is confirmed by a corresponding entry in the rental agreement.
Lessee's responsibility in case of damage or theft of the car
The Lessee's liability is insured by compulsory MTPL insurance and voluntary KASKO insurance. Accessories of the car are not subject to insurance and are not insured. In case of breach of insurance conditions by the Lessee, which resulted in the impossibility to compensate the damage, the Lessee bears full financial responsibility for the damage caused, including the full cost of restoration repairs and spare parts, as well as compensation for third party claims.
Early termination of contract. Refund of money
To terminate the contract prematurely, the Lessee has to notify at least 24 hours in advance. If the car is returned by fact: The Renter pays the number of full days by fact at the time of car return + 1 day. Recalculation is made in accordance with the Company's price list and at a price that corresponds to the number of days at the time of return of the car. In case of early termination of the contract, all the accounted discounts are canceled.
Car pickup and return
Car pickup and return outside the company's offices and/or outside of working hours is made by prior order, registered with the Company's employees at least 6 hours in advance. This service is paid separately according to the company's tariffs for additional services (see Additional services) When ordering the service it is necessary to specify the place of car pickup/return, exact address and contact phone number.
Payment for car rental (rental)
Payment for rent is made in cash or by bank transfer on plastic cards (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, MasterCard), as well as by bank transfer in the amount of 100% for the entire term of the lease at the time of the lease agreement.
Refueling and washing of the rental car
The car is provided to the Lessee in a clean condition and with a full tank of gasoline. When returning the car, the Lessee must return the car with a full tank, the missing amount of gasoline is paid based on the market price of fuel. The return of a dirty car is paid according to the Company's price list for additional services (see Additional services). If the vehicle's exterior condition makes it difficult to inspect the vehicle, it will only be inspected after it has been washed.
Tenant’s other liabilities
Tenant is responsible for payment of all fines imposed in the course of use of the rented vehicle, including traffic fines fixed by traffic cameras and fines for the vehicle, and also undertakes to reimburse the expenses incurred by the Lessor for payment of these fines. What to do if you are involved in an accident with a rental car?

5 steps in a rental car accident:
  • Evaluate the situation. First, make sure everyone is safe and no one is injured. Place an emergency stop sign 3 to 5 meters away from the vehicle. If you are injured, call 112 immediately to report the accident. If the victim's condition is serious, move to a safe place near the accident site. Notify My rent company of the accident.
  • Call your manager. Contact us at to report an accident. Tell us everything that happened at the time of the accident and your location. Write down the number and name of the manager serving you at the time and any recommendations he or she will give you as a result of the conversation.
  • Gather as much useful information about the accident as you can. Take photos/video of the place of the accident and damage to both cars. Ask the other participant in the accident to provide his documents (driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, insurance policy) for review, take photos. Try to find witnesses to the accident and write about it on a blank sheet of paper or record a video interview.
  • Take care of your car. You are responsible for the car for the entire rental period. If the vehicle is in motion and the My rent manager has authorized you to continue driving, you should go to the rental company's office to fill out an accident report and record the damage with the company manager, unless the company manager has agreed to continue driving until the end of the rental period. If the vehicle cannot be driven on its own, you should notify the manager and ask for evacuation from the place of the accident. In this case, the costs associated with transportation of the damaged vehicle are covered by the lessee.
  • Submit a report to the rental company. In the accident report, you should describe the details of the accident, fix the damage to the vehicle, and provide details of other participants in the accident.
